Teleporting vs Wand Movement

In Teleportation type of navigation, we need to select an place we desire to teleport by clicking the wand and releasing the control.We will then be teleported to that position without traveling the journey.Wand-based Navigation, on the other hand, we need to keep moving the wand in the direction of our desired location and we will have the view of entire journey as we move forward in that direction.Few pros and cons and comparison between these two types of navigation is as follows:

-> Speed

Teleportation based navigation is comparatively quicker than wand based navigation because we can select an area and be placed there within no time, but wand based navigation speed is depended on the speed of the wand.

->Range

Though teleportation has an edge over speed, It is limited in range.Teleportation can only happen on the floor and when it comes to traveling very small distances we can't teleport.These are overcome by wand navigation as we can even fly using the wand and travel smallest distances.

->Carrying Objects

Using teleportation it easier to carry objects for far distances within the area as we can lift the object teleport it along with us and change its position.For wand based navigation we should carry the objects and operate simultaneously to move the object.It is desirable for moving objects within short distances.
